Wir brauen moderne Biervielfalt und denken traditionelle Brauhausgastronomie neu.
Erfahre mehrWir brauen moderne Biervielfalt von Pils bis Baltic Porter. Dabei achten wir auf eine hohe Qualität der Rohstoffe. Ergänzt wird unsere Sortiment von Bio-Cider und Bio-Fassbrause.
Wir denken die traditionelle Brauhaus-Gastronomie neu und stellen Gemüse in den Fokus. Immer perfekt abgestimmt auf unser Bier , wechselt das Menü fünfmal im Jahr.
Vielfalt in und neben dem Braukessel. Unsere Werte leben wir nicht nur im Unternehmen. Wir unterstützen Queer Amnesty und wechselnde NGOs mit unserem Sozialen Hahn.
2014 entstand BRLO in Berlin. Hier bauten wir unsere erste eigene Brauerei, eröffneten unser Restaurant und haben unser Büro.
