In our BRWHOUSE kitchen, we are in pursuit of one goal: To elevate the relationship between food and beer to a whole new level.
Ironically, perhaps, for a country famed for being meat-centric, we decided to cast vegetables in the starring role. Fermented, smoked, dehydrated and fried – this is the vision of CEO and Head of Culinary Ben Pommer, implemented by our Head Chef Thorsten Einicke. Each dish demonstrates the versatility, complexity and array of flavour which vegetables are capable of producing, showing us that vegetables need not be an addition or afterthought, and are more than capable of holding their own. Meat lovers need not be concerned, though, as we do also offer an admittedly impressive selection of regional meats, cooked to perfection in our smoker.

As soon and as long as it is warm outside, we also have hour beer garden open.

Be it from one of our 20 taps, or from our extensive list of bottles and cans, alongside our BRLO beer core range from Helles, Pale Ale, German IPA, Porter and Berliner Weisse, you can expect to find a constantly rotating selection of local, national, and international beers from some of the leading craft beer brewers. This means that in our BRWHOUSE there will always be something new to discover. To ensure a one of a kind experience, you, as our guest, will always be offered the exclusive opportunity to try our newest creations before anyone else in the World!

With such an extensive list of beer it is easy to become overwhelmed. Our specially trained personal are always on hand to find a beverage to suit your taste.
