Unsere Biere

Our third collab with BrewDog isn’t one to be taken lightly – despite what its color/name might suggest. An Imperial NEIPA, this beauty boasts bitter orange peel, a mouthful of Galaxy AND Mosaic AND Vic Secret hops combine for 8.5% of serious punch. To wit: This pink don’t play.

BRLO x Jopen – Sister Sister

The kinder sibling to the first Jopen x BRLO collab “Brother Brother”, this cool, crisp and golden brew starts like a Pils, but finishes with a mouthful of floral thanks to a choir of Saazer, Hallertauer Tradition, Polaris, Hersbrucker, Cascade and Amarillo. Pair with your feet in a Gracht.

BRLO x Brasserie du Grand Paris – Xoxonut IPA

You rarely hear “sunny beaches” mentioned in the same breath as Paris and/or Berlin, that’s not stopping us and Brasserie du Grand Paris from bringing the tropics to you. Expect a breezy, creamy and intense coconut aroma surfing alongside a wave of Citra Cryo hops. A Micro IPA with macro fun. (Just remember to wear sunscreen.) This beer is part of our BRWFEST 2019 collab series.

BRLO x Samuel Adams – Hopped & Humid

Famed Boston fermentation meets Berlin innovation in this hazy American Pale Ale. German hops Bavaria Mandarina, Hallertauer Blanc & Huell Melon brewed with a fruity New England twist combine for a perfectly-balanced brew that pairs beautifully with bisque or bratwurst, beach or beergarden.

4,5% VOL. | 30 IBU Pale Ale

BRLO x To Øl – Hønefuld

While “Hønefuld” technically means “chicken drunk”, we can assure you no poultry was harmed in the making of this heavily dry-hopped hazy double that we brewed with one of our favorite scandinavian breweries, To Øl from Copenhagen, as part of our BRWFEST 2019 collaboration series. That being said, many brave hops sacrificed their lives for your enjoyment, so please drink with the utmost of honor and respect.

Store cold, drink fresh!

7% VOL. | 3 IBU Double IPA

BRLO X Steamworks – Cranberry Quince Gose

Following a Bock and Berliner Weisse, we knew that our third collaboration with Steamworksneeded to be something special, so we reinterpreted another German icon: The Gose! Originating in the mountainous Harz region of Goslar and originally brewed with coriander seeds and salt. But we felt like we could do better and generously applied cranberry + quince, as well as playing with a combination of salt + pink pepper to give this beer its Living Coral (Pantone color of the year!) hue, boasting a light-yet-pleasant acidity, backed by an intense fruitiness.

5% VOL. | 5 IBU Gose

BRLO x Outland – T’as La Pêche

BRLO had a rendezvous with Outland from Paris and the result is 400kg of peach + apricot and a heavy addition of flaked oats and wheat, making this beauty a juice-lovers wet dream. T’as la pêche!

5% VOL. | 26 IBU Pale Ale

BRLO x Breakside – Brut of Roses

No technical enzymes, no finings, no short-cuts; simply the culmination of years of brewing knowhow and the result of a few to many nights lost to the dynamic duo of rosé and Bon Jovi. BRLO x Breakside present, Brut of Roses: hand-picked Oregon rose hips and hibiscus petals impart a roseate hue and floral redolence while champagne yeast crowns off our pink love affair, lending a hallmark dryness to our faux-sé. Store cold, drink fresh.

6% VOL. | 10 IBU Champagne Weisse

BRLO x Lervig – Rosinenbomber

Inspired by the iconic C-47 Candy Bomber plane next to our brewery, our ‘Rosinenbomber’ delivers a payload of dark chocolate, dried fruit, vanilla, and cocoa nibs, guaranteed to evoke a childlike joy in those lucky enough to cross its path.

12% VOL. | 80 IBU Imperial Stout
